Carl Parker (Carl Wayne Parker) was born on February 5, 1965 in Columbus, Georgia. After going to high school at Lowndes County (Valdosta, GA), Parker attended Vanderbilt Universtiy. Parker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Carl Parker's best year.
