Carl Howard (Carl Delano Howard, Jr.) was born on September 20, 1961 in Newark, New Jersey. After going to high school at Technical (Irvington, NJ), Howard attended Rutgers State University of New Jersey. Howard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1987 was Carl Howard's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
