Carl Fair (Carl Fair) was born on June 8, 1977 in Starkville, Mississippi. After going to high school at Starkville (MS), Fair attended East Mississippi JC and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Fair made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 1 year career.
