Carl Charon (Carl H. Charon) was born on March 17, 1940 in Boyne City, Michigan. After going to high school at Boyne City (MI), Charon attended Michigan State University. Charon made his professional debut in the AFL in 1962 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1962 was Carl Charon's best year, as he picked off 7 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
