Carl Carter (Carl Anthony Carter) was born on March 7, 1964 in Fort Worth, Texas. After going to high school at O.D. Wyatt (Forth Worth, TX), Carter attended Texas Technical University. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Phoenix Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, Cincinnati Bengals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that 1988 was Carl Carter's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
