Carl Carr (Carl Carr) was born on March 26, 1964 in South Boston, Virginia. After going to high school at T.C. Williams (Alexandria, VA), Carr attended the University of North Carolina. Carr made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 1 year career.
