Carl Brazley (Carl Eugene Brazley) was born on September 5, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky. After going to high school at Seneca (KY), Brazley attended Western Kentucky University. Brazley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 1 year career.
