Byron Smith (Byron Keith Smith) was born on December 21, 1962 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Canoga Park (CA), Smith attended Univeristy of California. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1985 was Byron Smith's best year.
