Byron Frisch (Byron Arthur Frisch) was born on December 17, 1976 in Roseville, California. After going to high school at Bonita Vista (Bonita, CA), Frisch attended Brigham Young University. Frisch made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 2 year career.

Most people believe that 2001 was Byron Frisch's best year.
