Buzz Guy (Melwood Guy) was born on March 20, 1936 in New Castle, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Ellwood City (PA), Guy attended Duke University. Guy made his professional debut in the NFL in 1958 with the New York Giants. He played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 3 year NFL career.Guy also played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Houston Oilers the entire time.
