[edit] BiographyAcquired Signed with Calgary as a free agent on March 8, 2005. Played in 18 regular season games and the Western Semi-Final with Calgary...improved as the season progressed...finished the season with the second most punting yards in the CFL with 5,094 averaging 44.3 (fourth in the league)...one of Burke’s best games came on October 1st vs Montreal...punting eight times for 402 yards and a 50.3 yard average which included his season long punt of 86 yards...in the last five games Dales punted 33 times for 1,586 yards averaging 48.0 yards per kick. Attended the Montreal Alouettes training camp. Attended the Pittsburgh Steelers training camp. College Dales played his college football at Concordia University... He was a standout punter and in 2001 he averaged 41.5 yards per punt...He was a three time All-star selection in the Quebec Interuniversity Football Conference (QIFC) and in 2001 he was a first team All-Canadian selection in the CIS. Other Burke's sister Stacey plays for the Washington Mystics of the Women National Basketball Association (WNBA)...Burke is also the cousin of Dallas Stars center Jason Arnott.
