Bull Lowe (Walter Lowe) was born on March 6, 1899 in Blackhawk County, Iowa. Lowe attended Georgetown University and the University of Dubuque. Lowe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Rock Island Independents. He played for the Rock Island Independents for his entire 1 year career.
