Bubba Garcia (Jesse Clarence Garcia) was born on October 18, 1957 in New Braunfels, Texas. After going to high school at New Braunfels (TX), Garcia attended the University of Texas-El Paso. Garcia made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 1 year career.
