He was part of an offensive line that allowed Edwards to break the 1,000-yards rushing mark for a second straight season.

He was part of an offensive line that helped Robert Edwards become the first Alouette back to rush for over 1,000 yards since 2002.

2003:
He was named to the CFL and CFLPA All-Star teams for the fourth consecutive season.
2002:
He was named to the East Division and CFL All-Star teams… He was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Lineman… He helped his team gain a CFL-best 7,194 offensive yards… He injured his right knee in British Columbia, forcing him to miss his a game and break a streak of 89 straight games played... He won his first Grey Cup.
2001:
For a second consecutive year, he was named the East Division’s and CFL’s top center.
2000:
He was named to his first CFL All-Star team… He was moved from guard to center, replacing Mike Sutherland.
1999:
He stayed in the game despite being injured in Game 11 in Edmonton… He was poked in the eye by Bennie Goods, who was ejected, in Game 3 against Winnipeg.
1998:
He won a starting job coming out of training camp.
1997:
He suffered a knee injury in Week 4… He saw limited action after his return.

He played his college ball at Pacific before transferring to Washington State in 1996 after Pacific dropped its football program… He started all 11 games with Washington State after participating in spring drills… In 1995, he started 11 games with Pacific; 10 at guard and one at center… In 1994, he started all 11 games at right guard and in 1993, and was shifted to guard from the defensive line.
Personal:
He works hard to honor his mother’s Chinese origins by devoting time to Montreal’s Chinese community... He is active with the Alouettes’ various community programs including the School is Cool Basketball Program and the Junior Alouettes Football Camps… He lives in Montreal with his wife, Carlee, and their son Teegan, born in Montreal in 2006.
