Bruce Howard

Born on March 23, 1943 in Salisbury, Maryland, Bruce Howard (Bruce Ernest Howard) played for the Chicago White Sox, Washington Senators and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 6 year career. Howard broke into the bigs on September 4, 1963 with the Chicago White Sox, and put up a 3.47 ERA in 148 innings pitched in 1965, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Bruce Howard's best season was 1966, when he posted a 2.30 ERA and struck out 85 batters.
