Born on September 29, 1905 in San Francisco, California, Bruce Cunningham (Bruce Lee Cunningham) played for the Boston Braves for his entire 4 year career. Cunningham broke into the bigs on May 7, 1929 with the Boston Braves, and put up a 4.52 ERA in 91.2 innings pitched in 1929, his rookie year.
