Bruce Barnes (Bruce Francis Barnes) was born on June 21, 1951 in Coshocton, Ohio. After going to high school at Sanger (CA), Barnes attended the University of California - Los Angeles. Barnes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1973 was Bruce Barnes's best year.
