Bruce Anderson (Bruce Albert Anderson) was born on January 18, 1944 in Coos Bay, Oregon. After going to high school at Marshfield (Coos Bay, OR), Anderson attended Willamette University. Anderson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1966 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the New York Giants, Washington Redskins and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1970 was Bruce Anderson's best year.
