Brian Stenger (Brian F. Stenger) was born on January 16, 1947 in Euclid, Ohio. After going to high school at St. Joseph (Euclid, OH), Stenger attended the University of Notre Dame. Stenger made his professional debut in the NFL in 1969 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1969 was Brian Stenger's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
