Brian Sochia (BrIan John Sochia) was born on July 21, 1961 in Massena, New York. After going to high school at St. Lawrence Central (Brasher Falls, NY), Sochia attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Sochia made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Miami Dolphins, Houston Oilers and Denver Broncos over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Brian Sochia's best year, as he recorded 5 sacks.
