Brian Hunter (Brian Raynold Hunter) was born on March 4, 1968 in Torrance, California. He made his Major League debut on May 31, 1991 for the Atlanta Braves. In 1991, his rookie year, he hit .251 with 12 home runs and 50 RBI. Hunter played for the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, Cincinnati Reds, Seattle Mariners, St. Louis Cardinals and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that Brian Hunter's best season was 1994, when he slugged 15 home runs and knocked in 57 runs.
