Brian O'Neal (Brian O'Neal) was born on February 25, 1970 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at Purcell Marian (Cincinnati, OH), O'Neal attended Pennsylvania State University. O'Neal made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 2 year career.
