Brian Allen (Brian Lamar Allen) was born on April 1, 1978 in Lake City, Florida. After going to high school at Columbia (Lake City, FL), Allen attended Florida State University. Allen made his professional debut in the NFL in 2001 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the Carolina Panthers and St. Louis Rams over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 2004 was Brian Allen's best year.
