Brian Jordan (Brian O'Neil Jordan) was born on March 29, 1967 in Baltimore, Maryland. After going to high school at Milford Mill (Baltimore, MD), Jordan attended the University of Richmond. Jordan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 3 year career.

Jordan made his Major League debut on April 8, 1992 for the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1992, his rookie year, he hit .207 with 5 home runs and 22 RBI. Jordan played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Atlanta Braves, Los Angeles Dodgers and Texas Rangers over the course of his 15 year career.

Most people believe that 1991 was Brian Jordan's best NFL year. However, there is some disagreement on what was Brian Jordan's most productive MLB season. Some believe that it was 1999, when he slugged 23 home runs, hit for a .283 average and knocked in 115 runs. However, others believe that it was 1998, when he slugged 25 home runs, hit for a .316 average and knocked in 91 runs.
