Brian Franco (Brian David Franco) was born on December 3, 1959 in Annapolis, Maryland. After going to high school at Altoona (PA) and Glen Burnie (MD), Franco attended Pennsylvania State University. Franco made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 1 year career.
