Born on August 1, 1968 in Denton, Texas, Brian Bohanon (Brian Edward Bohanon) played for the Texas Rangers, Detroit Tigers, Toronto Blue Jays, New York Mets, Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies over the course of his 12 year career. Bohanon broke into the bigs on April 10, 1990 with the Texas Rangers, and put up a 4.84 ERA in 61.1 innings pitched in 1991, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Brian Bohanon's best season was 1998, when he posted a 2.67 ERA and struck out 111 batters.
