Born on January 3, 1958 in Spring Valley, Illinois, Brian Allard (Brian Marshall Allard) played for the Texas Rangers and Seattle Mariners over the course of his 3 year career. Allard broke into the bigs on August 8, 1979 with the Texas Rangers.
