Brent Boyd (Brent Varner Boyd) was born on March 23, 1957 in Downey, California. After going to high school at Lowell (La Habra, CA), Boyd attended the University of California - Los Angeles. Boyd made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1980 was Brent Boyd's best year.
