Brenden Stai (Brenden Michael Stai) was born on March 30, 1972 in Phoenix, Arizona. After going to high school at Esperanza (Anaheim, CA), Stai attended the University of Nebraska. Stai made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Redskins, Jacksonville Jaguars and Detroit Lions over the course of his 8 year career.
