Bobby Reis

Born on January 2, 1909 in Woodside, New York, Bobby Reis (Robert Joseph Thomas Reis) played for the Brooklyn Robins, Brooklyn Dodgers and Boston Braves over the course of his 6 year career. Reis broke into the bigs on September 19, 1931 with the Brooklyn Robins, and put up a 4.48 ERA in 138.2 innings pitched in 1936, his rookie year.
