Bobby Phillips (Bobby Phillips) was born on December 8, 1969 in Richmond, Virginia. After going to high school at John Marshall (Richmond, VA), Phillips attended Virginia Union University. Phillips made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 1 year career.
