Bobby Kellogg (Robert Francis Kellogg) was born on August 4, 1917 in Wynne, Arkansas. After going to high school at Wynne (AR), Kellogg attended Tulane University. Kellogg made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
