Bobby Gage (Robert Gage, II) was born on January 15, 1927 in Chester, South Carolina. After going to high school at Boys (Anderson, SC), Gage attended Clemson University. Gage made his professional debut in the NFL in 1949 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1950 was Bobby Gage's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
