Bobby Clatterbuck (Robert Dean Clatterbuck) was born on July 3, 1932 in Columbia, Missouri. After going to high school at San Angelo (TX), Clatterbuck attended Angelo State University and the University of Houston. Clatterbuck made his professional debut in the NFL in 1954 with the New York Giants. He played in the NFL for 4 years, playing for the New York Giants the entire time. Clatterbuck also played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Los Angeles Chargers the entire time.
Most people believe that 1954 was Bobby Clatterbuck's best year.
