Bob Wear (Robert F. Wear) was born on January 5, 1919 in Yeagerstown, Pennsylvania. Wear attended Pennsylvania State University. Wear made his professional debut in the NFL in 1942 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
