Bob Vogel (Robert Louis Vogel) was born on September 23, 1941 in Coumbus, Ohio. After going to high school at Brilliant (OH), Toronto (OH) and Washington (Massillon, OH), Vogel attended Ohio State University. Vogel made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the Baltimore Colts. He played for the Baltimore Colts for his entire 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1970 was Bob Vogel's best year.
