Bob Usher (Robert Royce Usher) was born on March 1, 1925 in San Diego, California. He made his Major League debut on April 16, 1946 for the Cincinnati Reds. In 1946, his rookie year, he hit .204 with 1 home run and 14 RBI. Usher played for the Cincinnati Reds, Washington Senators and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 5 year career.
