Bob Talamini (Robert Guy Talamini) was born on January 8, 1939 in Louisville, Kentucky. After going to high school at St. Xavier (Louisville, KY), Talamini attended the University of Kentucky. Talamini made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers and New York Jets over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1968 was Bob Talamini's best year.
