Bob Soltis (Robert Lawrence Soltis) was born on April 1, 1936. After going to high school at North Minneapolis (MN), Soltis attended the University of Minnesota. Soltis made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1960 was Bob Soltis's best year.
