Bob Skoglund (Robert W. Skoglund) was born on July 29, 1925 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Loyola Academy (Chicago, IL), Skoglund attended the University of Notre Dame. Skoglund made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
