Bob Scott (Robert Scott) was born on August 8, 1895 in Phil Campbell, Alabama. After going to high school at Phil Campbell (AL), Scott attended none. Scott made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Providence Steam Roller. He played for the Providence Steam Roller for his entire 1 year career.
