Bob Schweickert (Robert Lynn Schweickert) was born on September 17, 1942 in Richmond, Virginia. After going to high school at Midlothian (VA), Schweickert attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Schweickert made his professional debut in the AFL in 1965 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1967 was Bob Schweickert's best year.
