Bob Riggle (Robert D. Riggle) was born on February 5, 1944 in Washington, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Washington (PA), Riggle attended Pennsylvania State University. Riggle made his professional debut in the NFL in 1966 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1966 was Bob Riggle's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
