Bob Picard (Robert W. Picard) was born on November 24, 1949 in Omak, Washington. After going to high school at Omak (WA), Picard attended Eastern Washington University. Picard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1975 was Bob Picard's best year.
