Bob Paremore (Robert Cero Paremore) was born on December 5, 1939 in Tallahassee, Florida. After going to high school at Lincoln (Tallahassee, FL), Paremore attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Paremore made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1963 was Bob Paremore's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
