Bob O'Connor (Robert C. O'Connor) was born on January 27, 1910 in Elmira, New York. After going to high school at Schnectady (NY), O'Connor attended Stanford University. O'Connor made his professional debut in the NFL in 1935 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
