Bob Nicholes (Robert Gilliland Nicholes) was born on July 9, 1899. Nicholes attended Oglethorpe University. Nicholes made his professional debut in the AFLG in 1926 with the Brooklyn Horsemen. He played for the Brooklyn Horsemen for his entire 1 year career.
