Bob Momsen (Robert Edward Momsen) was born on May 28, 1929 in Toledo, Ohio. After going to high school at (Toledo, OH), Momsen attended Ohio State University. Momsen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1951 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1951 was Bob Momsen's best year.
