Bob Mcleod (Robert Don McLeod) was born on November 10, 1938 in Sweetwater, Texas. After going to high school at Merkle (TX), Mcleod attended Abilene Christian University. Mcleod made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1962 was Bob Mcleod's best year, as he had 578 receiving yards and caught 6 TD passes.
