Bob Mabe

Born on October 8, 1929 in Danville, Virginia, Bob Mabe (Robert Lee Mabe) played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Cincinnati Reds and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 3 year career. Mabe broke into the bigs on April 18, 1958 with the St. Louis Cardinals, and put up a 4.51 ERA in 111.2 innings pitched in 1958, his rookie year.
